PA Horse Transport Bill. Proposes ban of double deck cattle trailers to transport horses in PA. PA HB 1139 was signed into law on June 25, 2001 by Governor Ridge. Now known as Act 64, the law banning double deckers became effective on August 25, 2001.

Enforcement of PA's anti-cruelty laws, animal health and motor vehicle laws at New Holland horse auction by the PA State Police.

Help with legislation on an educational and grassroots level on issues regarding equine welfare, equine owners and the equine industry.

To include limited hands on rescue of unwanted, abused, neglected, or slaughter-bound equines.

To establish a sanctuary where rescued equines could be rehabilitated and adopted into new homes.
