    Detailed Information:
The Indianapolis Vegetarian Society was formed December, 2000, to provide a forum for vegetarians, vegans, and other individuals conscious of their environment and health to gather together and enjoy like minds.

We understand that there are numerous reasons and causes that lead to vegetarianism/ veganism, and we are open to all points of view.

We also encourage special interest groups within the organization to consolidate and move forward in their respective causes.

Advancing a healthful vegetarian diet and a compassionate ethic, the Indianapolis Vegetarian Society meets monthly for vegetarian potlucks that feature guest speakers.
