Detailed Information:
A Chicago area based Anti-race, tax exempt, Non-Profit Adoption and Rescue Group, our mission is to inform the public that adopting a racing Greyhound is an excellent decision. They're loving and devoted pets. Contrary to popular belief, Greyhounds are obedient, very intelligent, calm and relaxed dogs. REGAP of Illinois is dedicated to finding permanent homes for retired Greyhounds. Each year the overly competitive racing industry forces thousands of racers into early retirement, often before the age of five years. To find out more about adopting a Greyhound, please contact Mona Moore at 815-538-DOGS or Shelley Wagner at 708-349-8448.
