R-A-W Vegan: the raw food diet demystified
Eating raw and living foods is a healthy, simple lifestyle choice. We eat raw fruits and vegetables because we want more energy, because we want to enjoy better health, because we want to have more concentration ó in other words, because we want our lives to be less complicated. On a mostly or completely raw diet, we donít have to spend hours in front of the stove every day, preparing complex, unhealthy food. Instead, we can make a meal in less than ten minutes out of a few ingredients.
