    Detailed Information:
When I was 12 years old, my family moved to Italy and I was introduced to the classic Mediterranean diet, built upon the robust flavors of Italy with a focus on fresh vegetables, fruits, pastas, and grains. Best of all, preparing food was a celebration!

Italians showed me that cooking and eating are best enjoyed as a communal experience, where wine and conversation are as important to the meal as the food. I quickly embraced this philosophy and found joy and satisfaction in the preparation of simple, fresh food.

Delicious TV is for everyone who loves to eat -- and wants to eat healthier!

One of my greatest pleasures is cooking for people who aren't convinced that vegetarian food is both satisfying and complete. Watch Delicious TV and you'll see how easy, exciting, and healthy contemporary vegetarian cooking really is.
