Detailed Information:
We are listed with most of the local dog and cat shelters so when a ferret comes in we are notified. We also advertise on the internet that we will accept ferrets no matter what condition they are in. After we tend to their medical and social needs we put them up for adoption.
If the ferret is on the young side and is trained to go in the potty as well as being a non biter it is usually fairly easy to get a ferret a good home but if the ferret does not meet these stringent rules we keep him as our own.
