Brooklyn Amimal Resource Coalition - B.A.R.C.
B.A.R.C. is a 501c3 Not for Profit, privately funded no-kill animal shelter for homeless cats and dogs located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We have been in existence for over 12 years. We receive no subsidies from the city or state, we survive solely on the success of our pet supplies and grooming business and through donations.
