Asociacion Protectora de Animales Nigropetense
APAN is located in the border city of Piedras Negras Coahuila, Mexico.
We have a no kill animal shelter.Our activities include providing veterinary care for cats and dogs found on the streets of Piedras Negras, spaying or neutering them and finding them good homes.
Also, we have an ongoing education program promoting humane treatement,the need for spaying or neutering and preventing cruelty toward animals.
