Detailed Information:
The wildlife Friends rescue center gives refuge to previously domesticated and abused wild animals ranging from monkeys, gibbons to bears and tigers. Most animals are taken from the illegal wildlife (pet) trade or have been exploited for tourism. Domestic elephants are cared for after being taken from the city streets.
