Stanford Vegan Action is a student group based at Stanford University with affiliations at UC Berkeley. We are not a group that is just for vegans or vegetarians; currently, our members embrace a wide variety of dietary choices ranging from complete meat-eaters to strict vegans. The one and important unifying bond between us is that we are all interested in our health, the protection of our environment, or the ethical status of non-human animals in today's world. If any of these three areas interests you, join Stanford Vegan Action to learn and teach others about how the smallest daily life choices have significant and long lasting effects in the future of our own lives and all the life that surrounds us.
