Detailed Information:
Rude Ranch Animal Rescue was founded by Bob and Kathy Rude to save the lives of abused, abandoned, and neglected cats. Our goals are to find loving, permanent homes for any adoptable animal that has been placed under our care; to provide a safe haven and rehabilitation to feral and neglected cats rescued from abusive situations; and to put an end to needless euthanasia because of pet overpopulation. We became an official non-profit organization in November 2001 and are trying to inform the community about our services. Rude Ranch headquarters are in Harwood, MD, where we have a no-kill animal shelter. We normally take care of about 80-130 cats (including a group of FIV+ cats), assist with feral colony rescue and management, and of course, the Rude Ranch has cats and kittens available for adoption. We conduct adoptions every Saturday from 11-3 at the Annapolis PetsMart and at the shelter in Harwood, by appointment.
