    Detailed Information:
Carolina Wildlife Care is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rehabilitation and subsequent release of orphaned and injured wildlife in South Carolina.

Natural habitats continue to be destroyed; clean air and water continue to be lost; thus the world's songbird population continues to rapidly decline. And unfortunate accidents, such as baby birds or squirrels falling from their nests, continue to create challenging and often impossible conditions for wildlife to survive.

That is why Carolina Wildlife Care exists. Our sole mission is to rehabilitate and release orphaned and injured wildlife in South Carolina. We work with professional veterinarians and trained wildlife caretakers to give wildlife a second chance. A chance to return to a natural state of being.

Carolina Wildlife Care started in a room over a garage. Today we are in our second decade. We are licensed by state and federal wildlife agencies. We take in more than 3,000 patients per year.
