    AAVS oversees an education division, Animalearn, which focuses its efforts on ending the harmful use of animals in classrooms, from the elementary school level to veterinary/human medical schools. (www.humanestudent.org and www.animalearn.org)

    They are also affiliated with the Alternatives Research and Development Foundation (ARDF) (www.ardf-online.org), which supports the development of alternatives to the use of animals in biomedical research, testing, and education.
