    Detailed Information:
The Emergency Animal Rescue (EAR) was founded in 1994 following the floods in the Tijuana River valley. This disaster showcased a need for a trained and dedicated animal rescue organization. Through ongoing technical and safety training, the EAR has successfully rescued hundreds of animals. From the rescue of a cat that has gotton itself trapped in a tree for days to crawling through underground sewer pipes to rescue and abandon dog to the evacuation of large ranches in front of wildfires. This service is provided to the public for free. This organization is available 24/7 to rescue those that can't rescue themselves.
