Animal Friends
ARFriends was created by the creator of ARWear in Sept-Nov 2003 when she realized there was a need for a site in which animal rights activists could network, and make friends, and even find other like minds to date. It is only ran by one person, and that is why there is no fees to join. The idea behind this is to help advance our cause by joining like minds to become a greater force. Advertisements, featured member fees, and donations are put towards running cost of the website, and no profit is gained.
It is hopes that all those involved in animal rights will become involved with this site, even those in relationships and those that are married. We would like to be viewed as a "meeting place", and want to be as open to making friends as meeting someone whom you would like to have a relationship with. Our overall goal is to be able to unite the worlds activists and provide an valuable networking tool to help our cause.
