Animal Rights Foundation helps stray, abused and abandoned dogs, cats and horses. We look to find them forever, loving homes. ARF is also working to strengthen the laws against animal cruelty.
Our group is all volunteer and non-profit. We are looking to open local chapters, nationwide. We believe in no-kill at all times.
