    Sanctuary Animal Refuge

The Sanctuary Animal Refuge is dedicated not only to the rescue of animals but also to the education of the community.

Our Sanctuary is basically a three fold operation.

First there is the rescue where animals enter into the Sanctuary - usually in poor health - are nursed back to heal and then evaluated to see if they are capable of being placed into a family environment If so they are then placed up for adoption. If they are not they then live out their lives in the safety and peace of the Sanctuary which is the second part of what we do.

The Third part of the Sanctuary is our Community Involvement. We want our children in this community to learn the need of good animal care, training and loving our animals in the proper way. We also want them to understand the importance of training their animals and so help them with basic obedience.

We teach and practice real love socializing, playing, and obedience with all of our animals. Although the majority of our animals are dogs we also have cats, pigs, goats, chickens and ducks.

Total support and financing for The Sanctuary is through donations. If you would like to make a donation to the Sanctuary please do so here or visit our Fund Raising Section to see the many ways you can provide help to an animal and/or a donation to help the programs we have set up for the children in our community.
