South Carolina Awareness, Rescue and Education for Equines
We provide a safe environment for equines that have endured starvation, neglect and physical abuse.
We strive to rehabilitate each horse in the
hopes that we can locate responsible, caring and loving homes.
We are striving to eliminate the abuse and neglect by promoting responsible horse ownership through education and community
awareness. It is not the goal of SCARE-Upstate to seize and litigate, but instead to work with law enforcement, animal control, and humane societies as well as with horse owners in need of assistance.
