NJ Consumers Against Pet Shop Abuse (NJCAPSA)

NJCAPSA educates the public about abuses found in puppy mills and their connection to pet shops. We maintain a database of breeders, brokers and puppy mills, with an emphasis on Amish and Mennonite puppy mills. We also help pet shop consumers know their rights under state puppy lemon laws when they’ve purchased sick animals from pet shops.
