    Detailed Information:
The ultimate goal of Ruff-Spots is to help improve the quality of life and adoptability of rescue animals by funding their spaying and neutering procedures. In addition, the funds disbursed for spaying and neutering will assist with the effort of all municipalities to control pet overpopulation. Ruff-Spots aims to stimulate a dialogue, through its efforts and example, which will educate the general public about homeless/rescue animals, animal rescue organizations and shelters, and the importance of spaying and neutering all pets.

Ruff-Spots is a Canadian Registered Charity that was founded to provide monies to offset expenses occured in animal shelters and rescue organizations within Newfoundland and Labrador for spaying and neutering adoptable animals. Ruff-Spots is a potential resource for these groups for cases in which funding for spaying and neutering rescued animals is either unavailable or inadequate.
