To give voice to the animals in their struggles to survive, The Fund pursues a varied agenda that includes legalaction, legislative initiatives, public education, animal rescue, and many programs that directly aid animals in need. Most prominent among these are the world`s largest low-cost spay/neuter clinic in New York City, the nation`sfirst mobile spay/neuter clinic on wheels in Houston, and world-famous animal sanctuaries in Texas, California,and South Carolina. In addition, The Fund has 20 regional field offices working on grassroots issues across theUnited States.
