Detailed Information:
COFA's mission is to provide no-cost and low-cost spay/neuter services to pets belonging to indigent people, low-income senior citizens, and low-income families, utilizing a Mobile Spay/Neuter Clinic. By taking the service directly to pet owners in need, we will be decreasing the number of animals euthanized in animal shelters throughout Southern California.
